Merqato is an agtech startup based in Amsterdam, We are dedicated to accelerating the transition to a sustainable food supply chain. Our mission is to empower cooperatives and wholesalers matching supply and demand with insights on price and volume. We believe that by tackling this challenge, we can make a significant impact on reducing food loss and improving the financial and environmental sustainability of the food value chain.
Our team consists of 3 founders (Claire - FR, Thomas - NL and Jan-Willem - NL) and different hybrid and remote workers, all focused on building the best product to make an impact for our customers.
