Merqato is an agtech startup based in Amsterdam, we recently received funding to build our product. At Merqato, we are dedicated to accelerating the transition to a sustainable food supply chain. Our mission is to empower cooperatives and wholesalers with insights on price and volume, ensuring each fruit and vegetable gets sold at a fair price. We believe that by tackling this challenge, we can make a significant impact on reducing food loss and improving the financial and environmental sustainability of the food value chain.
Our team consists of 3 founders and different hybrid and remote workers, all focused on building the best product to make an impact for our customers.
